All content made available through Word Dash by The Write Lesson, including but not limited to videos, audio, graphics, animations, lesson activities, instructional materials, text, designs, logos, branding, downloadable materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to The Write Lesson and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, intellectual property, and other laws and treaties in New Zealand and internationally.
Purchasing or subscribing to Word Dash does not transfer ownership of any Word Dash content to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Word Dash for your own professional and classroom use for the duration of your active subscription or purchased access period.
Each Word Dash subscription and account is licensed to one individual user only. A registered teacher may display and use Word Dash content with students in that teacher's own classroom as part of normal classroom instruction.
You may not share your account or login credentials with another teacher, staff member, school, organisation, or other person. Each additional teacher who wishes to access Word Dash must have their own individual licence or be covered by a separate licence arrangement expressly provided by The Write Lesson.
Except where expressly permitted by The Write Lesson, you may not copy, reproduce, record, screen-record, download, modify, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, sell, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make Word Dash content available to another person or organisation.
You may not use Word Dash content, in whole or in substantial part, to create, develop, train, or provide a competing product, service, resource, video library, teaching programme, or commercial educational material.
Unauthorised access, copying, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of Word Dash content may result in suspension or termination of access and may constitute an infringement of The Write Lesson's intellectual property rights.
The Write Lesson reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service.
